Cannabinoid-trpv1 synergism

Cannabinoid combination with trpv1 channels ligands to treat cancer and inflammation:
in this study we combine the cannabinoids with trpv1 channels ligands. We have found that CBD and some of trpv1 ligands (capsaicin, thapsigargin) have a synergistic effect on promoting cancer cells death in vitro and even in vivo. In addition the anti-inflammatpry properties of CBD and THC are induced when combined with trpv1 channels ligands.
